Petition for Alien Relative Living Outside US

Includes: Preparation and Submission of I-129F Petition Package for Alien Fiancé; Assistance with Visa Application Process; Preparation and Submission of I-485 Application Package upon Arrival of Beneficiary in the US; Preparation for Final Green Card Interview. Adjustment to Permanent Status for K-2/K-4 Minor Child of K-1/K-3 Fiancé/Spouse

Includes: Same general services as for spouse, except for documents which are not needed for minor child.

(I-601) Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility –
